How To Earn Additional Income From Your Website
I have a large number of websites and am eager to learn about the latest website promotion methods, and about ways to increase your websites page rank in google.
One way of earning money from your site is by joining one or more affiliate schemes. Commissions vary, however if you have a high traffic site then you can do very well from these schemes.
Joining a program like google adsense is something which I prefer. This is where google place targeted adverts on your website and basically you earn money when people click on one of the ads. So how much money can a person make out of these types of adverts? Well it all depends on the quality of the site and also about what the site is about.
If you have a website about, for example, training for foster carers and people regularly click on your ads then you will make a fair amount of money. I had one click, on one of my stuttering therapy websites which earned over ten dollars. This is quite rare and on average you will probably earn about forty cents per click. For webmasters who have a lot of professionally looking and content rich websites these amounts can very quickly add up to big money. I have a composite doors website where I promote my composite door company; however this is one site where I do not include adsense.
It goes without saying that the harder you work the more money you should make. In my opinion hard work pays off and even though you may hear about certain ways to cheat the search engines, such as by using hidden pages or by joining a link building scheme, this will in the long term do you more harm than good. The search engines employ some of the top people and they are likely to find you out, ban your website from their engine and you also risk being kicked off the google adsense program altogether.
The site should be promoted in a very natural way by aiming to gain one-way links. I personally aim to gain as many quality one way links to my website as I can. These links should be built gradually and I would certainly not ever purchase a hundred backward links, from for example ebay. Where possible you should try and obtain these links from sites from your own sector or industry.
How To Make Extra Cash On The Internet
The current recession has seen a large increase in the number of people who are attempting to earn some additional income via the internet. In this article I will be providing some of the best ways that people can earn extra cash online.
One way to make some extra cash is by producing your own products or your own service and then attempting to sell them online. I was reading an article in a newspaper only last week which featured a woman who was doing just this. She had made some serious cash from selling sports related craft wares which included on them her own artistic drawings.
Other people attempt to make money by selling e-books online. These are e-books they have written or are ones they are selling on behalf of a third party of which they receive a commission.
Then there are the ever popular affiliate schemes which work in a similar way as to the last example above. As with the majority of online money making schemes there is a need to have a website that receives a lot of traffic to it. This is where advice from a web promotion specialist can be invaluable.
Then there are the people who offer some type of therapy service online such as stuttering treatments. The clients are able to e-mail or speak via Skype to seek help and guidance with any problems that they have with a specialist from that particular field.
As you can see there are a number of ways in which people can make money on the internet, those mentioned above are just a few out of a list of many. At the end of the day you just need to find the one that is right for you.
Due to the recession a way of ensuring you have a little bit of additional cash is to obtain cheap calls, you can do this with the assistance of a cost cutting expert.
I know many people have managed to save money in this way and I thought I would add this one as a little added extra.
